"Metric foliations on the Euclidean space"

Given a Riemannian manifold (M,g), a foliation is called Riemannian (or metric) if leaves are locally equidistant. In 2001 Gromoll and Walschap published a classification of Riemannian foliation on the Euclidean space. Two gaps were found by Lytchak and the second author. In this work we circumvent these gaps and complete the proof.
