Registration with presentation (oral or poster): February 10, 2026. Any paper submitted after this date will not be considered.
Registration without presentation: March 8, 2026.

Registration is free of charge and open to all interested participants (students, researchers, professors, and practitioners).

Authors and participants seeking financial support must comply with all applicable FAPESP rules and guidelines.

To submit your work, please attach the PDF file directly in the registration form above.

All submissions, presentations, and posters must be in English and must include the FAPESP process number 2022/05803-3.

Target: Professors, researchers, PhD holders, and advanced Master's students.

Focus: Recently completed research or work in final stages.

Format: Short paper (up to 3 pages).
Content: Title, problem description, proposed approach, and results.
Language: Oral presentation in Portuguese or English; slides must be in English.
Duration: 15 to 20 minutes (to be confirmed).

Target: Undergraduate, Master's, and PhD students.

Focus: Ongoing research, preliminary results, or student projects.

Format: Abstract (up to 1 page).
Content: Title and summary of the work.
Language: Oral presentation in Portuguese or English; poster must be in English.
Dimensions: 90 cm (width) × 100 cm (height).

Language: All submissions, slides, and posters must be in English.
File format: PDF only.
Review: All submissions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Attendance: At least one author of each accepted work must register and attend the event to present.
