Authors and participants seeking reimbursement must comply with all applicable FAPESP rules and guidelines; please note that reimbursement is limited to project researchers and their advisees who are presenting work at the event. We recommend keeping all receipts and invoices, as well as supporting documents such as proof of leave, hotel vouchers, and boarding passes or transportation tickets. For those requesting reimbursement for travel by car, we encourage carpooling whenever possible.
