Role
I served as a Class Monitor (PAD) for this course. My work focused on supporting students through regular academic support sessions outside class time.
At Unicamp, PAD (Programa de Apoio Didático) is an undergraduate teaching support program in which students assist course activities under the supervision of the course professor.
Course Overview
This course introduces the core concepts of linear algebra, including vector spaces, linear transformations, matrices, eigenvalues, eigenvectors, and diagonalization. The subject provides foundational tools used across mathematics, physics, engineering, and computer science.
Syllabus
Real vector spaces. Subspaces. Basis and dimension. Linear transformations and matrices. Kernel and image. Projections. Eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Inner product. Special real matrices. Diagonalization.
