Dear Organizers,
I like to ask when is the deadline for submitting the posters? And do we need to send pdf slides in form of poster or you only need the slides?

As for the posters: there is a place where you can print your poster, in the campus. It costs about 50 reais and we strongly recommend to handle it in the shop at leas 24 hours in advance. The posters should be of size A0 or similar. The place is just by DCE Cafteria marked in the map ().

The poster you should bring with you or print it in Brazil. What the organization wanted in advance was the slides of the 2-minutes presentation. BTW, the schedule of the presentations is available at .
