Poster Session: format of the slides

Hello, I asked the question below by email, I am posting the question I asked and the answer the organizers gave me, for other people that may also be interested in it.

Question: For the booklet with the slides ("to facilitate note taking and contacts"), is there anything in particular that is required of the slides? page-size, style-wise?

Organizers' answer: We are just asking for slides in a standard PDF presentation, you can produce it using an beamer package, PowerPoint, Prezi, or any software you wish, the only thing really important is to save it as PDF. We also advise people to use clear backgrounds.
